Tom Brasher joined the Landmark Team in March 2016. A native of southwestern Pennsylvania, Tom spent the previous 10 years working for a general contractor in State College, PA. During this time, he oversaw over 40 projects at Penn State University, including classroom, office, dorm, and lab renovations/additions, large-scale mechanical upgrades, new research facilities, and the construction of a new softball stadium complex. Additionally, his off-campus work covered a wide variety of market sectors, including housing, medical, retail, K12, agriculture, institutional, highway, bridge, and hospitality. Prior to moving into project management, Tom held a number of roles, including inspector, surveyor, estimator, and land development engineer.
A 2003 graduate of Penn State University, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Tom also earned a Master of Science from Stanford University in Construction, Engineering, and Management.
Tom is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Pennsylvania and a LEED Accredited Professional. He also holds a Certificate of Management-Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) through Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
During his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, and their four young children.
