Tim Fugate started his journey in construction & business when he was just 19 years old. At this time he was running a small electrical company and was able to grow that company into a $2.3 million dollar a year company with 6 office and 45 full-time field employees. Then in 1995, he started a General Construction Company and added that to his portfolio, and grew that business into a $6 million dollar a year company.
Over these years he has gained experience in Operations Management, Construction Development, Design, Blue Print take off and design, construction Budgets, as well Mold Remediation. In 2009 he was hired to develop and run all property inspections, Vendors, and repairs for the REO and property preservation division in all of Southern California for a Fannie Mae contractor Regis Development.
As he worked for Regis where he was instrumental in staffing 4 new office locations throughout So Cal. and hiring 100 new vendors in a 2.5 year period.
With all of his past experience this has prepared him well for his current position.
He is currently managing two large jobs. One is an $85 million student housing project with 856 beds in Tallahassee Florida, and the second is a $75 million student housing project with 755 beds in Tampa Florida. His past experiences in every facet of business, construction and development have really given him the preparation, tools and confidence to succeed in his current position with Landmark Properties.
