Stephanie has been a member of Landmark Properties since August 2014 and was originally hired as an Executive Assistant to the COO. While earning her Bachelor's degree in Economics at UGA, she worked in the Finance department at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation as the Accounts Payable Staff Accountant. Because of her attention to detail, her organizational skills, her experience in accounting, and her dedication and enthusiastic approach to the Landmark brand, she is now working closely with both the Business Development and Facilities teams as a Project Coordinator. Stephanie's role includes researching proposals and new vendor partnerships, reviewing and coordinating vendor contracts, assisting new property transition teams with onboarding processes, developing management tools to improve Facilities department efficiency, and participating as part of the Landmark Properties due diligence team. Stephanie currently resides with her dogs, Jethro and Ranger, in Athens, Georgia.
