With 20 years of experience as a Project Manager and Architect, from design development to team management and scheduling to project completion, Mr. Rodriguez applies his knowledge to each area of a construction project. He joins Landmark Properties from AHS® Development Group in Miami, Florida, where he served for a year as Design Coordinator, leading the Design unit in the research of new construction methods and running QC with the Construction team. Prior to that, he served as Senior Project Manager for Corwil Architects, Inc. His portfolio features the design development of several multi-family residences including “Modera Metro” and “Modera Dadeland” builds near Dadeland Mall [a 25-story tower, seven-story building and eight-story building]; as well as the Galleria at Fairchild, which is used as a multi-functional event venue.
His successful career spans South Florida, the Caribbean and South America with involvement in key projects including Aloft hotel in Aventura, FL, both the “Monte Carlo” and the “Ritz Carlton Club and Residences” on Collins Avenue, “Louis E. Brown – Phase II” in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and a 3,000 sq. ft. private residence in Caracas, Venezuela, only to name a few.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Caracas. His senior thesis “Adicora: An integrative hotel design project for community-oriented tourism” earned him honors.
