Landmark Properties and Annex Student Living announce that Landmark has assumed the management of Annex Student Living portfolio which is comprised of 9 stabilized assets and 2 fall 2017 deliveries, totaling 2301 beds. Annex Student Living specializes in the development and construction of multi-family facilities in underserved collegiate communities while providing a big campus experience for the student and economic development opportunity for the university and the community. The portfolio includes stabilized assets in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan, and new deliveries which will serve students attending Central Missouri University and IUPUI, in Warrensburg, Missouri and Indianapolis, Indiana, respectively. Additionally, Landmark will be performing pre-development consulting and lease-up duties for the assets in Annex’s development pipeline, which includes thousands of beds serving a number of mid-west educational institutions.

Adding the Annex Student Living portfolio to its fee management client base, represents additional expansion of the Landmark third party management platform. Landmark currently manages over 17,000 total beds including over 7,500 third-party beds across the nation. Landmark continues to expand its fee management platform by partnering with developers, institutional capital, and other clients.
